Ridwan is a senior field and desk researcher in CRMS Indonesia. He coordinates some series of workshops provided either CRMS public workshops or those conducted in cooperation with other institutions. He has more than 7 years experience as an enterpreneur and lecturer at University level for management and accounting studies.

He received his first degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, and now at final stage to finish his MM degree from the same University. His point of interest is on Enterprise Risk Management and the role of risk management in strategy formulation.
